Payment Policy

  • Payments are due at the end of the service.
  • A valid credit card is required to be on file in order to book your massage services, no matter the payment method used to purchase the massage services.

Cancellation Policy

  • Please provide 24 hour notice before your appointment if you need to reschedule, cancel, or change the length of your session.
  • If you fail to cancel prior to 24 hours before your massage appointment, 50% of the cost of service can be credited back to your account, but full refunds will not be given.  
  • This includes prepaid services. 
No Show Policy

  • Clients who fail to show for massage appointments will not be given a full or partial refund.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled onsite massage appointments. 
  • In special cases, and when my schedule will allow, I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged.

Groupon Policy

  • Clients who have purchased a groupon may only purchase a second as a gift for another person.
  • There is a $30 charge for booking this service and will be refunded after the service is complete and the voucher has been redeemed.

Professional Conduct Policy
  • Strictly professional services offered, draping is required.  
  • All inappropriate behavior will result in termination of services and will not receive refund.  
  • This includes prepaid services.
